Andreas von der Heide

CEO

Andreas von der Heide has more than two decades of experience from the upper echelons of Swedish industry and has devoted much of his professional life to supporting Swedish Industry in geopolitically complex markets. He spent 11 years with the International Council of Swedish Industry (NIR), including three years as the Council’s CEO. In addition, Andreas has served as Senior Vice President for the defense and aviation group Saab AB, responsible for the group’s offset , counter trade and industrial cooperation. Andreas founded Consilio International together with Erik Belfrage, Jan Nygren and Michael Sahlin in 2011 and has worked as Consilio’s Managing Partner and CEO since then.

Linda El-Naggar

COO

Linda El-Naggar has a broad analytical background, with a special interest in North Africa and the wider Mediterranean region. She has previously held roles within analysis and project management at Consilio International and the Swedish Institute of International Affairs (UI). Linda remains associated to the institute’s Middle East and North Africa Programme. In addition, she has conducted an internship at the Swedish Embassy in Algeria. Linda holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Gothenburg and a master’s degree in Middle Eastern Studies from Lund University.  She speaks Swedish, English, French and Arabic.

Fardis Mohammadi

Analyst and Project Manager

Fardis Mohammadi holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a master’s degree in Welfare Policies and Management, both from Lund University, where she also conducted an internship as a Research Assistant at the Department of Sociology. Her previous workplaces include the Permanent Representation of Sweden to the European Union, where she worked at the unit for Foreign and Security Policy. In addition, she has conducted a traineeship at the European Economic and Social Committee and worked as a Consular Officer at the Consulate General of Sweden in Brussels, Belgium. She speaks Swedish, English, Persian, and French.

Gustav Christensson

Analyst

Gustav Christensson holds a master’s degree in Political Science with a focus on Politics, Security, and War from the Swedish Defence University, complemented by bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and History from Linnaeus University. His practical experience includes internships at the Swedish Embassy in Abu Dhabi and at the Swedish Institute of International Affairs (UI) within the Middle East and North Africa Programme. Additionally, Gustav serves as Chair of Utrikespolitisk Afton, a non-profit organization striving to foster increased awareness and dialogue on foreign policy. His diverse background reflects a deep commitment to security, defense, and geopolitical analysis.

Linda Skarphagen

Coordinator

Linda Skarphagen joined Consilio in August 2013 and has a broad experience within the personal assistant field. Linda has previously worked at Kreab as well as at Synsam AB.

Emma Jalkander

Communications Coordinator

Emma Jalkander brings a strong foundation in business and communications, supported by hands-on experience in the industry. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Antioch University, Santa Barbara.
